As we have the ability to list over one million items on our website (our selection changes all of the time), it is not feasible for a company our size to record and playback the descriptions on every item on our website. However, if you have a disability we are here to help you. Please call our disability services phone line at 720-491-3283 during regular business hours and one of our kind and friendly personal shoppers will help you navigate through our website, help conduct advanced searches, help you choose the item you are looking for with the specifications you are seeking, read you the specifications of any item and consult with you about the products themselves. There is no charge for the help of this personal shopper for anyone with a disability. Finally, your personal shopper will explain our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, and help you place an order if you so desire.

60 Night Mattress Sleep Trial*

60 Night Sleep Trial Details

Like most brand-new things, there's going to be a bit of an adjustment period. Think of it like a brand-new pair of running shoes. It will take time for your body to adjust to your new mattress and vice versa. In fact, studies show most people experience some initial level of discomfort with their new mattress. Because of this, we ask you to sleep on it for a minimum of 21 nights to allow for this adjustment period. After those first 21 nights, if you are still not completely comfortable, we will do our best to match you to your right mattress within 60 nights of your original mattress delivery date. Subject to the above guidelines, our 60 Night Sleep Trial is valid for one exchange and/or one return per purchase, which must be done within 60 days of the delivery date of your original mattress.

  • Hello Furniture Company is unable to exchange or refund stained, unsanitary or damaged mattresses under the 60 Night Sleep Trial. That’s why we highly recommend purchasing and using a waterproof mattress protector to help keep your new mattress clean.
    In addition, all original tags must be kept on your mattress. If you remove the law tag from the mattress or foundation, it will void the 60 Night Sleep Trial and all manufacturer warranties.

    • If you purchased a water proof mattress protector from us on the same invoice as your mattress, you may exchange your mattress once, and receive, as store credit toward the purchase price of a different mattress, the purchase price of your original mattress less a restocking fee equal to 10% of the purchase price of your original mattress.

    • If you still aren’t absolutely satisfied with your new mattress/exchange, you can return it (within 60 nights of possession) and receive, as a refund, the purchase price of your new mattress less a restocking fee equal to 20% of your new mattress purchase price

  • Two ways to get your mattress back to us:

  • We can send a delivery service to collect your mattress for a one time fee of $99.99. The mattress MUST be sealed in a mattress bag and free from any dirt, soil, stains, odors, rips, tears, etc. and is subject to being refused by the delivery service once inspection if not in brand new condition. Hello Furniture Company does not supply the bag for mattress returns/exchanges.

  • You can bring back your mattress yourself (pay a delivery service of your choice) but it MUST be sealed in a mattress bag and free from any dirt, soil, stains, odors, rips, tears, etc. and is subject to being refused by management once inspected if returned in less than brand new condition. Hello Furniture Company does not supply the bag for mattress returns/exchanges.

  • ***Please note that our 60 Night Sleep Trial is not valid on warranty exchanges, clearance merchandise, floor models, pillows, linens, mattress protectors, adjustable bases, furniture or other accessories. All special order sizes (California King, Split Cal King, three quarter, etc.) for mattresses and foundations are final and not eligible for exchanges or returns.***

    Returns/Exchanges

    If you are not happy with your purchase from Hello Furniture Co., we offer a one-time (in stock) re-selection or store credit within 7 days of purchase.

    • Merchandise must be in like-new condition to receive full store credit.
    • Customer is solely responsible for returning items to the store.
    • Custom built items are not refundable or returnable. Cancellations of custom built items will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
    • Items that are purchased "As-Is" or "Display/Floor Model" cannot be returned.
    • Select products may have specific restrictions on returns or replacement. Please see store for details.

    Order Tracking

    At purchase you will be given an order arrival date. If your order has not arrived by that date, please contact us and we will send you an update.

    Special Orders

    Most items can be special ordered in 10-14 business days. During high volume periods and/or inclement weather these dates may change. We always do our best to order items in a timely fashion. Please be patient, manufacturer delays and unforeseen circumstances do happen. In some cases, to give you the best shipping rates, items may arrive in different shipments.
